Are you ready to take the next steps in your career?
I am deeply interested in human nature, our differences and similarities, and how we learn and grow. This interest has been at the essence of my work as a coach.
I began my career in learning and development roles where I taught, developed and managed leadership programs in large organizations. After several years I followed a pull towards coaching, where I now get to work with clients who are growing in their personal and professional lives. My job is to help them become more of themselves.
I hold a degree in Education from the University of Alberta. I completed coach training from the Newfield Network and have PCC designation with the International Coach Federation. I am qualified in the use of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and am certified in Harrison Assessment tools.
I am a reader and a learner. On my bookcase is a wide range of fiction and non-fiction including books about emotions, leadership, career development, meditation, somatic coaching, neuroscience, memoires, novels, mysteries and more.
Two recent courses I’ve taken include Playing Big Facilitator Training with Tara Mohr, a deep dive into supporting women to step into bigger roles, and Body = Brain (Amanda Blake, Embright.org) which delves into the neurobiology of how all learning and growth takes place throughout the body, and how to access this intelligence as we initiate behaviour change.
As a way of continuing to develop my own alignment in body and mind, I practice the internal martial art Aikido.
